Digital Marketing & Design Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Design Specialist will join Verdun International Company L.L.C. in Amman to lead the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns that showcase the company’s aesthetic and healthcare solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position blends strategic marketing with visual design to enhance brand presence across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and launch digital marketing campaigns on major social media platforms and the company website.
• Design visual content, graphics, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to optimize results.
• Maintain brand consistency and collaborate with internal teams on product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the online community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects.
• Experience in the healthcare, aesthetic, or beauty sectors is a plus.
