Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

SorsX is a fast-growing AI HRTech startup operating across the U.S. and the Middle East, and it is looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help support its growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lifecycle and email marketing: set up automated email sequences, onboarding flows and CRM tools to retain users and lower churn.
• Performance and paid media: manage and optimise lean budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive user acquisition and keep customer acquisition cost low.
• Cross-functional execution: work closely with product, sales and founding teams to align messaging with rapid product updates.
• AI agents: build and manage AI agents to automate and streamline marketing functions.
• SEO and content strategy: build organic search visibility and write high-intent blog or landing page copy to capture bottom-of-funnel leads.

Required profile

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HRTech startups.
• Proven success running email campaigns and automated sequences.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English.
• A portfolio or samples of past work such as campaigns, posts and landing pages.

Required skills

• Email automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
• Tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or video tools like CapCut.
