Digital Media Designer & Content Creator

About the role

The Digital Media Designer & Content Creator will produce high‑quality visual and multimedia assets that support the hospital’s marketing, social media, public relations, and internal communications. You will work closely with doctors and various departments to bring creative concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, stories, banners, brochures, posters, roll‑ups, signage and other marketing collateral.
• Create and edit educational, promotional, awareness and social‑media videos.
• Handle photography and videography for hospital events, staff, facilities and services, including setup of cameras, lighting, audio and green‑screen equipment.
• Develop scripts, storyboards and creative concepts for video content.
• Support the marketing strategy and content calendar with timely creative deliverables.
• Ensure visual consistency with the hospital’s brand identity and coordinate with external agencies when needed.
• Cover on‑site and off‑site events, occasionally during evenings or weekends, and travel outside Jordan for special events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours.

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Audition.
• CapCut and Canva.
• AI‑based content creation tools.
• Photography, videography and video‑editing techniques.
