About the role
The Digital Renewals Sales Representative drives customer retention by managing high‑volume renewal cycles for a portfolio of SaaS accounts. Working primarily from the office, you will independently execute end‑to‑end renewals, identify churn risks and collaborate with sales and partner teams to expand revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end renewal motions independently, streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort.
- Provide coverage across a broad range of segmented accounts, prioritising by spend, complexity and growth potential.
- Defend the existing customer base by accurately closing renewals and driving seat expansions using standard playbooks.
- Monitor auto‑renewal statuses and intervene when needed to prevent churn.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, develop pipeline visibility and produce accurate forecasts.
- Partner with Account Representatives to qualify cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
- Share churn indicators, renewal blockers and upsell signals with internal teams.
- Offer feedback on product packaging based on customer usage patterns.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management or customer success, preferably in software/SaaS.
- Proven ability to independently manage high‑volume renewal cycles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑starter attitude with a customer‑first mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to automate workflows and analyse CRM data.
