Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources leads the organization’s people strategy, working directly with the CEO and executive team to align talent initiatives with business objectives. This senior position is responsible for shaping culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring excellence in all HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long‑term HR strategy that supports corporate growth and aligns with business priorities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational design, talent, culture, and employee engagement.
• Lead annual HR planning, including workforce forecasting, budgeting, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Oversee organizational development projects such as restructuring, job architecture, competency frameworks, and succession planning.
• Drive change‑management programs for mergers, restructurings, and business expansions.
• Direct talent acquisition and employer‑branding efforts to attract high‑caliber candidates.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
• Monitor labor‑market trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR leader responsible for strategic HR functions.
• Track record of partnering with C‑suite executives to influence people‑related decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement organization‑wide HR strategies and change‑management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and HR governance.
