D&IT Business Solutions Analyst

About the role

JTI is looking for a D&IT Business Solutions Analyst to support its Jordan and Palestine cluster and the wider MENA‑East region. You will work in a virtual, international environment, partnering with business stakeholders, D&IT teams and external vendors to deliver and continuously improve data and analytics solutions that align with JTI standards and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support business applications for the Jordan and Palestine cluster.
• Implement and maintain Data & Analytics solutions across the MENA‑East region.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery within scope, timeline and budget.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end projects, including data migration and go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance existing solutions and identify new requirements.
• Monitor technology trends and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with JTI Project Management Framework, D&IT standards, J‑SOX controls and governance requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT‑related role, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Data & Analytics technologies and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Power Platform – Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Warehouse, Synapse Analytics.
• SQL and NoSQL databases, big data platforms.
• Data analysis, modeling, testing and validation.
• Programming in Python or R.
