Door Attendant – Front of House Security

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and vigilant Door Attendant to be the first point of contact for visitors and to help maintain a safe environment at our premises. You will greet guests, manage access, and support the overall security of the building.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all visitors, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety and security of the property.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information about the premises.
• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, mail, and packages.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and enforce visitor policies and procedures.
• Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer‑service or security‑related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and work in varying weather conditions if duties are outdoors.
