EMS Specialist / Paramedic – Saudi Arabia

About the role
We are hiring experienced EMS Specialists/Paramedics to join ambulance and emergency response teams in Saudi Arabia. You will work in remote‑area clinics and industrial clinic environments, supporting doctors, nurses and other medical staff to deliver urgent care, patient stabilization and safe transportation.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and staff ambulances and emergency response vehicles.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and assist with medical interventions.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and medical stock audits.
- Maintain accurate ambulance logbooks and keep vehicles clean and roadworthy.
- Assess, stabilize and monitor patients; provide emergency treatment, pain management and IV infusion as directed.
- Dress wounds, manage injuries and use emergency equipment such as AEDs and defibrillators.
- Transport patients safely to hospitals while continuing care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, colleagues and medical teams.
- Support doctors, nurses and senior medics during emergencies.
- Assist in training others on basic first‑aid techniques.
- Maintain a clean driving record with no traffic violations.
Required profile
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
- Completion of a recognized EMS/Paramedic program; Bachelor’s degree preferred or required per licensing.
- Minimum 3 years post‑registration experience, including at least 2 years in an emergency room, remote clinic, industrial clinic or similar setting.
- Current SCFHS registration, Ministry of Health medical license and home‑country registration/license.
- Valid Saudi ambulance driving license with no outstanding violations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in remote and industrial clinic environments.
Required skills
- Operation of AEDs and defibrillators.
- IV infusion and wound‑dressing techniques.
- Patient assessment, stabilization and monitoring.
- Emergency medical equipment usage.
- First Aid, BLS, ACLS (AHA/SHA certified).
- PHTLS (NAEMT certified).
- Valid Saudi ambulance driving license.
