End-to-End Solution Architect (Telecom)

About the role

A telecom company in Amman, Jordan is looking for an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect with a strong background in Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and hands-on solution delivery. The role owns end-to-end solution design across BSS, OSS and digital layers and works closely with delivery teams to configure, build and implement the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions across CRM, ordering, billing, charging and digital channels.
• Define integration flows and interfaces between BSS, OSS and digital systems.
• Develop solution designs and impact assessments for new business requirements and system changes.
• Ensure alignment with the company's enterprise architecture and technical standards.
• Work hands-on with delivery teams to configure and build the designed solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and vendors during design and implementation.
• Identify, assess and manage technical risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience in Telecom BSS/OSS solution architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
• Must be based in Jordan and willing to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia for workshops, go-lives and other project needs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a preferred qualification.

Required skills

• Hands-on architecture with at least two or three of: Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM, Oracle OSM, Oracle UIM.
• Integration across CRM, ordering, billing, charging and inventory systems.
• At least one enterprise middleware platform: Oracle Service Bus, Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft, TIBCO or WSO2.
• REST/SOAP APIs and integration design.
• Technical documentation: solution designs, integration flows, interface specifications and impact assessments.
• Preferred: TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, Open APIs) and TOGAF or a similar enterprise architecture certification.
