Events Specialist

About the role

avertra is seeking an Events Specialist to own the end‑to‑end planning, logistics and on‑site execution of conferences, webinars and activations that showcase the MiCustomer platform. You will be the face of the brand at every event, ensuring each interaction reinforces avertra’s reputation and drives measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute event strategy, selecting conferences, webinars and activations aligned with brand and business goals.
• Manage all logistics including venues, vendors, booth design, travel, materials, budgets and run‑of‑show schedules.
• Deliver flawless on‑site execution, troubleshooting in real time to maintain a seamless experience for attendees.
• Plan, produce and host engaging webinars and virtual sessions from concept through delivery.
• Evaluate, negotiate and manage sponsorships and event partnerships, ensuring clear ROI.
• Represent avertra and MiCustomer on‑site, maintaining brand consistency across messaging, collateral and experiences.
• Conduct structured post‑event follow‑up, tracking impact, pipeline generation and return on investment.
• Transition event ownership from the current point of contact through 2026, learning existing calendars, vendor relationships and processes.
