About the role
Join a luxury hotel team to create memorable dining experiences for guests. As an F&B Service Expert you will support all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas and supplies.
- Communicate orders and guest needs with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle billing.
- Read and verify menu information accurately.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work safely, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance.
