About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean work environment. This full‑time position is based on Al‑Hashemi Street in Aqaba.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, ensuring a safe workplace.
- Handle menu reading, verification, and assist guests with menu inquiries.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and moving around varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
