Finance Intern – Jordan

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our team in Jordan, supporting a wide range of finance processes and gaining hands‑on experience in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the finance team with daily operations, interacting with HQ and field offices.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
• Compile and consolidate financial data and review supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Contribute to system development, process‑improvement initiatives, and internal‑control monitoring.
• Help develop training materials and guidance notes, both in‑person and online.
• Draft and review financial and analytical reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects such as data analysis, policy development, and process optimisation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience or recent graduate in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and deliver tasks in a timely, efficient manner.
