Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will partner with the CEO and Business Unit Leads to drive accurate revenue reporting, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis across the Middle East region. The role ensures timely monthly and group financial statements, supports month‑end and year‑end close, and oversees compliance with group financial monitoring and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate revenue reports and analyses with senior leadership.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and variance analyses to monitor performance.
• Produce quarterly client profitability reports and monthly financial statements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes and ensure compliance with group controls.
• Manage internal and external audits, including FMC audits and client audits.
• Gather and consolidate litigation and claims data for the Middle East region.
• Cost retainers, out‑of‑scope projects and RFPs.
• Liaise with the Talent team on recruitment and support daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in advertising or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian tax law.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
