Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our logistics and transportation business. The role will focus on budgeting, reporting, cash‑flow management and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial planning activities.
• Analyze transportation, fleet, warehousing and operational costs to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, tax regulations and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Implement financial controls, policies and procedures to safeguard assets.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain or fleet management is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of VAT, taxation and financial compliance requirements.
