About the role
The Finance Manager will lead finance management processes for the Building for Peace (B4P) Facility, ensuring compliance with NRC standards and donor requirements while supporting grant management and partner oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial reports.
- Manage accounting, cash‑flow and financial analysis.
- Maintain supporting documentation and oversee financial systems and audits.
- Provide line‑management, capacity‑building and supervision for finance staff.
- Oversee partner financial performance and support partner capacity development.
Required profile
- At least 4 years experience as a Finance Manager or senior finance role in a humanitarian or recovery context.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- University degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Experience working with NGOs, grant facilities or partnerships with local NGOs, preferably in the MENA region.
Required skills
- Proficiency with modern accounting software and computer applications.
