Financial Institutions Relationship Manager

About the role

The Financial Institutions Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with banks and other financial entities that support the Group’s operations. This role focuses on securing financing solutions, ensuring compliance, and acting as the primary liaison for correspondent banks.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and promote relationships with foreign correspondent banks and local commercial banks.
• Drive business growth by securing trade loans, direct credit facilities, bilateral loans, guarantees, portfolio risk‑sharing arrangements, and cross‑selling related products.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and oversee the onboarding process for new banking partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for correspondent banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
• Conduct annual KYC reviews for Vostro/Nostro accounts and ensure adherence to AML, operational risk, and other internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing relationships with financial institutions or in corporate banking.
