Forwarding Manager

About the role

Naouri Group is looking for an experienced Forwarding Manager to lead its forwarding operations. The role combines strategic oversight with day‑to‑day management of sea and air freight, customs clearance and transportation activities. The successful candidate will drive service excellence while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all forwarding operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, agents, shipping lines, airlines and other business partners.
• Monitor operational performance, analyse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely and cost‑effective movement of shipments across sea, air and land modes.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of forwarding staff.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies, local regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, customs clearance and transportation operations.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
