About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service from arrival through departure to ensure a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
- Greet guests by name, escort them to their rooms, and conduct in‑room and hotel familiarisation.
- Assist guests with enquiries about hotel activities, local attractions, promotions, and services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel rates, occupancy levels, and local information.
- Accurately handle front‑desk cashiering, process check‑in/check‑out, and post incidental charges using the property management system.
- Protect guest privacy and adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Required profile
- Degree in hospitality or related field.
- Previous experience in a hotel front‑office or reception role.
- Excellent written and verbal English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Computer literate with experience using Opera or similar PMS preferred.
