About the role

Join a leading hospitality brand as a Lifeguard responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests at the pool area. This full‑time position requires vigilant monitoring, quick response to emergencies, and a friendly guest‑service attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Observe swimmers and intervene with appropriate rescue techniques when needed.
• Monitor the pool area for hazardous conditions, unsafe activities, and distressed guests.
• Enforce facility rules and promote a safe, fun environment.
• Provide first‑aid assistance and support injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness, handle towels, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Welcome guests, ensure professional appearance, and assist individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior lifeguard experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and respond quickly to physical demands.

Required skills

• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
