Go-To-Market Specialist – AI & Agents

About the role

The Go‑to‑Market Specialist – AI & Agents will own a fully self‑sourced pipeline for AI agents, AI apps and AI models across the UAE market, converting qualified opportunities into signed revenue. This consultative role requires a diagnosis‑first approach to engage complex, multi‑stakeholder organisations and translate operational pain points into relevant AI use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end prospecting, qualification and closing within an assigned UAE territory.
• Build and maintain detailed account plans, stakeholder maps and buying centre analyses.
• Conduct comprehensive account research to understand business models, technology landscapes and procurement structures.
• Translate client challenges into specific AI agents, apps and model use cases.
• Execute proactive outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Generate and co‑develop pipeline with Marketing through account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Collaborate with channel partners and ecosystem to expand pipeline and close deals.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and deal progression from prospecting to closure.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience in technology or AI sectors.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder organisations and build stakeholder maps.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities to develop live account plans.
• Experience applying structured qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent consultative selling and communication skills.
