GTM, Marketing & AI Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and tech‑savvy GTM, Marketing & AI Coordinator to support MATCH ERP’s go‑to‑market initiatives, marketing structure, digital presence, and AI‑driven workflows. This role blends marketing, project coordination, business content creation, research, and AI tool usage to turn strategic plans into tangible deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain GTM plans, deadlines, action lists and progress reports.
• Coordinate with branding, marketing, website and digital agencies; prepare briefs and follow up on proposals.
• Create Arabic and English company profiles, presentations, proposals, website content and marketing materials.
• Oversee website development, testing, launch and ongoing updates.
• Manage digital channels, content calendars and campaign execution.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, sector and partner research.
• Support CRM administration, lead tracking, meetings, demos and follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain prospect, customer and partner databases.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, writing, translation, analysis, content preparation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, MIS or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, project coordination, SaaS or professional services.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong business‑writing, research, presentation and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating agencies, freelancers or website developers.
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate ERP and business‑management concepts.

• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI.
• Digital marketing platforms, social media management and basic SEO.
• Online analytics tools, Google Analytics.
• CRM systems and lead‑tracking tools.
• Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).
• Website development and content management basics.
