About the role
The Guest Experience Expert in the Gift Shop delivers memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and local area highlights.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete reports related to guest experiences.
- Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
