Guest Experience Supervisor – Guest Relations

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor – Guest Relations is responsible for ensuring seamless check‑in experiences, accurate billing, and exceptional service for Marriott guests in Aqaba. This full‑time role combines front‑desk operations with supervisory duties, supporting both guests and the team.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter and manage Marriott Rewards information and ensure correct rate application.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures, including balancing receipts and securing the bank.
• Compile daily reports, cashier and closing logs, and communicate any security or loss‑prevention incidents.
• Assist guests with directions, property information, special requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Support management in training, evaluating, counseling and coaching team members, acting as a role model for fair treatment policies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and lifting objects up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Aqaba.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer and POS systems for guest check‑in and billing.
• Basic cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation.
