About the role
As a Head Bartender you will create memorable, unique beverage experiences for guests while overseeing the overall operation of the bar. You will act as the host of the space, ensuring high‑quality service and a flawless bar environment.
Key responsibilities
- Stay up‑to‑date with new trends, micro‑local offerings and evolving guest needs.
- Maintain the bar’s appearance and functionality, handling cash and providing accurate information to guests.
- Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and deliver on guest expectations.
- Work on your feet for extended periods, lifting objects up to 25 lb and performing physical tasks safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of bartending or related beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Commitment to a safe workplace, company policies, confidentiality and professional appearance.
