Head of Marketing

About the role

Clinlab.AI is seeking a hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead its U.S. marketing strategy and execution. This remote, high‑ownership position will strengthen market position, build demand, and establish the company as a leader in agentic AI for laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning and messaging.
• Lead content creation, digital marketing, social media, SEO, and AI‑search visibility initiatives.
• Produce executive communications, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Design demand‑generation campaigns that support pipeline and revenue growth.
• Manage public relations, product announcements, partnerships, and conference marketing.
• Oversee the company website and customer‑facing marketing materials.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate agencies, designers, freelancers, and other marketing vendors.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology, diagnostics, AI, SaaS or life sciences.
• Excellent English writing, communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to support sales, lead generation and commercial growth.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and executive leadership.
• Highly organized, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
