The Heart of House Specialist (Shift Leader) supports essential hotel operations across multiple departments, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. This position involves handling linen, dishware, and cleaning equipment while maintaining a professional appearance and communication style.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh linen and spotless dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, hand wash stations, and laundry machines.
• Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel.
• Follow safety procedures, report accidents, and maintain a safe workplace.
• Lift, move, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform overhead and low-reaching tasks.
