Hiring Manager – Operations & Process Excellence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hiring Manager – Operations & Process Excellence to lead talent evaluation, build scalable operational systems, and drive workforce development in a fast‑growing, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead candidate evaluation and selection, using projects, challenges, and practical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with recruiters and department heads to improve hiring quality and develop competency frameworks.
• Design, improve, and scale operational workflows across teams, identifying bottlenecks and defining KPIs.
• Support organizational growth through operational planning and resource allocation.
• Define future‑ready skills and competencies, and recommend training and upskilling initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on strategic workforce planning and high‑performance culture development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, workforce management, talent evaluation, or organizational development.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of hiring, performance management, and workforce development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferred experience in startups, technology companies, or high‑growth environments; familiarity with AI tools and digital transformation initiatives.
