About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate employee records. This full‑time position is based on the Dead Sea Road site in Sweimeh, Jordan, and works closely with both staff and management.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files.
- Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute mail, and answer phone calls.
- Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
- Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and maintain a clean, accessible application area.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries about HR policies and programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related HR or administrative work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
