About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert (Hostess) ensures a seamless dining experience for guests at Roberto's. You will be the first point of contact, helping to set the tone for a memorable visit while supporting the food and beverage operations.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
- Assist the kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish supplies.
- Maintain clean work areas and ensure all service stations are stocked.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).
- Navigate the dining area safely, including uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Read and verify menu information accurately.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
