About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest space at The Westin Saraya Aqaba Resort & Spa is spotless, welcoming, and aligned with the brand’s wellness focus. This full‑time position involves a hands‑on approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to Marriott standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality, professional appearance, and adherence to company policies.

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
