Hotel Guest Environment Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will play a key part in delivering a memorable stay for our guests at the Westin hotel in Aqaba. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to Marriott/Westin standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, extra linens, or special cleaning needs.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supply rooms, ensuring all necessary items are available.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality, safety, and compliance before guest arrival.
• Follow health, safety, and infection‑control procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance while on your feet for extended periods.
