Housekeeping Attendant – Guest Environment Expert

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay at our luxury property. As a Housekeeping Attendant you will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas while delivering personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness.
• Maintain public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to the brand’s Gold Standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items or services as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Follow safety, security, and confidentiality procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
