About the role
As a Housekeeping Attendant you will help create memorable guest experiences by ensuring the hotel’s rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained and welcoming. You will work as part of the Guest Environment Expert team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment at Sheraton Amman.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to brand standards.
- Respond to guest requests promptly, delivering items such as amenities and extra linens.
- Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies throughout the shift.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, sit or bend for extended periods.
- Physical capability to handle objects weighing up to 50 lb.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards and guest privacy.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
