HR Employee Services Contractor – Deloitte Middle East

About the role

As an Employee Services Associate you will act as the first point of contact for Deloitte Middle East employees, handling service requests through the ServiceNow platform and providing ad‑hoc HR support across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve employee service requests (leave balance, payroll, loan, allowance, company letters, etc.) submitted via ServiceNow.
• Prioritise and track pending requests, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and monitoring turnaround times.
• Identify and escalates bottlenecks, coordinating with stakeholders and management to meet resolution targets.
• Maintain employee data changes, communicate updates to benefits providers, and consolidate payroll‑impacting changes for Finance.
• Manage EOS payments through a verified third‑party fund manager and handle employee verification requests from external parties.
• Create ad‑hoc service requests for HR business partners, General Partners and employees without ServiceNow access.
• Develop periodic summaries of service request metrics for business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and various internal teams.
• Understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits and employee verification procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
