Agile People Operations (HR) Internship – Remote

About the role

Culturelligence is seeking motivated students or recent graduates to join its global remote team as Agile People Operations (HR) Interns. This three‑month volunteer program offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment, talent management, employer branding, and agile HR processes within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
• Conduct research on talent management and agile People Operations practices.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership review.
• Support the implementation and improvement of internal People Operations workflows.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and manage social media engagement.
• Collaborate with global teams on operational and business projects.

Required profile

• Students pursuing a BBA, MBA, Master’s in HR, or related degrees, or recent graduates.
• Strong interest in agile People Operations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting.
• Access to a personal computer, laptop, and reliable internet connection.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
