About the role
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Amman office, responsible for day‑to‑day HR operations, payroll processing and employee lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, HR letters, and oversee onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Prepare, review and close monthly payroll, including deductions.
- Administer attendance, leave requests and related HR transactions.
- Handle Social Security and Income Tax compliance.
- Ensure accurate HR data, generate reports and align practices with Jordanian Labor Law.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as a generalist or HR operations specialist.
- Hands‑on experience with MenaITech HRMS (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of payroll preparation and calculations.
- Good understanding of Jordanian Social Security, Income Tax and Labor Law.
- Detail‑oriented, able to work independently and follow up on tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
