About the role
This full-time, on-site position supports Fame Restaurant’s daily human resources and administrative functions. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records and ensure compliance with company policies across all restaurant departments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, conduct interviews and oversee onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee files, contracts, health certificates and government paperwork.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, lateness and enforce uniform, hygiene and grooming standards.
- Conduct daily operational follow-ups, report issues to management and verify departmental checklists.
- Assist with staff training coordination, employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
- Handle messenger and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare and maintain organized HR records and operational reports.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Experience in HR, administration or operations coordination (preferred).
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR procedures (a plus).
- Professional attitude with confidentiality.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
