About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the daily operations of the HR department at RIVAGE Headquarters in Amman. This role ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee record management through the Kayan HR system.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare employment offers, collect required documents, draft contracts, and manage new‑employee joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave requests, payroll data, and HR documentation in Kayan HR.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, document collection, clearance, exit procedures, and final settlements.
- Support monthly payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, commissions, and salary adjustments.
- Handle salary administration tasks such as salary changes, employee inquiries, and payroll inputs.
- Draft HR letters and official documents, including salary certificates, employment letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and various leave types in coordination with department managers.
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, benefits, and company procedures.
- Assist managers and staff with day‑to‑day team issues, workplace concerns, disciplinary follow‑ups, and employee requests.
