About the role

Quadcode is seeking an IB & Affiliate Manager to expand its partner network across the Middle East. You will be responsible for onboarding and supporting IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms, driving growth for our fintech brokerage services.

Key responsibilities

Search, recruit and onboard IBs, affiliates, and advertising platforms in the MENA region.
Support partners through activation, ongoing collaboration and performance monitoring.
Manage CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and Lot compensation models.
Negotiate deals, close agreements and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience as an affiliate manager or business developer in Forex/CFD.
Understanding of regulated broker operations.
Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage.
Fluent English with strong communication and structured approach.
Proactive, results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

Familiarity with affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid.
