Head of Marketing – FMCG Brand Strategy

About the role

Teeba, Jordan's leading FMCG company, seeks an experienced Head of Marketing to drive brand strategy, innovation and portfolio growth across its dairy and food categories. The role will shape long‑term growth plans, translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and ensure profitable market share expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead brand strategies and long‑term growth plans for assigned categories.
• Lead, coach and develop Brand Managers to maximise brand performance.
• Oversee category P&L, marketing budgets, pricing inputs and ROI analysis.
• Drive innovation, new product development and product renovation initiatives.
• Approve brand campaign strategies, positioning and creative direction.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Communications and Consumer Insights teams for aligned execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and brand performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Present strategies and performance updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of brand management or marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, portfolio management and long‑term planning.
• Proven track record in budget management, P&L ownership and ROI analysis.
• Experience leading innovation, NPD and product renovation projects.
• Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in FMCG or dairy industry is highly preferred.
