Implementation Project Manager

About the role

Unifonic is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI‑driven CX projects across emerging markets. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery framework, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and deliver measurable value for our enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Run weekly progress reviews with client implementation teams and daily stand‑ups with internal delivery squads.
• Establish monthly executive governance meetings with client and Unifonic decision‑makers, surfacing risks and blockers early.
• Maintain a locked MVP scope, enforce change‑control processes, and protect time‑to‑value.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent agentic deployments, balancing priorities and preventing bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineers, product, and commercial groups to ensure smooth handovers.
• Develop reusable delivery assets, templates, and governance routines for future projects.

Required profile

• Proven delivery or project management experience on complex, multi‑system implementations (AI, integration, CX/contact‑center projects a strong plus).
• Strong discipline in scope protection, change control, and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both client teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments in parallel while ensuring high quality and governance.
• Builder mindset with ownership focus; PMP or equivalent is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI platforms, agentic orchestration, prompting, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), voice AI, APIs, and conversational channels.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
