Inbound Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a remote Inbound Sales Specialist to handle incoming client inquiries, understand their needs and guide them toward the appropriate Naqsh solution, turning interest into confirmed business and qualified leads for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries received via WhatsApp, phone calls and Instagram direct messages.
• Analyse client requirements and propose the most suitable interior‑wrapping options.
• Generate and qualify leads for the Naqsh sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status.
• Coordinate hand‑overs and meeting scheduling with the Dubai‑based team.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Background in interiors, design or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of sales or client‑facing experience.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and confident in closing deals.
• Familiarity with AI tools for generating design mock‑ups.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI design‑mock generation tools.

What we offer

• Remote full‑time position.
• Base salary of USD 125–350 per month plus commission.
