Information & Planning Analyst

About the role

The Information & Planning Analyst will support BAT's Trade Marketing and Distribution teams in Jordan by turning data into actionable insights. You will work closely with distributors, monitor market activity, and ensure sales performance aligns with targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide critical insights, analysis and reporting for Trade Marketing and Distribution.
• Collaborate with distributors to track competition intelligence and activities.
• Perform daily analysis of direct sales operations to meet sales targets and productivity levels.
• Coordinate regular and ad‑hoc reporting with distributor teams, ensuring high data accuracy.
• Build cross‑functional relationships to share information and resources toward business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data processing and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
