Investment & Financial Consultant

About the role

The Investment & Financial Consultant will work on‑site in Amman, supporting Mass Group Holding Ltd. (MGH) by analysing existing and planned investments across power, cement, and steel & iron sectors. The role focuses on delivering data‑driven recommendations to optimise returns, manage risk, and ensure long‑term financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed financial models for capital projects.
• Conduct market, sector and risk analyses to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive financial and retirement planning strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Advise internal stakeholders on capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Produce clear reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and executive teams to support informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong finance and investment background with experience in financial modeling, valuation, and project evaluation.
• Solid expertise in financial planning and retirement planning.
• Advanced analytical abilities to interpret complex data and assess risk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus.
• Experience in industrial sectors (energy, cement, steel or heavy industry) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑finance audiences.
• Proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
