Invoicing Officer – Manage Billing & Contracts

About the role
The Invoicing Officer is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end invoicing process for Aramex services. You will ensure accurate, timely billing, reconcile accounts, and work closely with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Key responsibilities
- Send and follow up with the entitled station on pending shipments for Express, Domestic, and Freight.
- Audit client contracts to verify validity before system entry.
- Apply contract rates in the Aramex system to enable automatic calculations.
- Issue invoices (daily, weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly) for all clients on schedule.
- Match figures from accounting software with those in the billing system.
- Perform any other activities related to invoicing as required.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and excellent command of English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Good Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
