IT Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives. The role oversees cross‑functional technical teams, ensures high‑quality solution delivery, and acts as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, the PMO, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional technical teams, including developers, QA engineers, and specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery of multiple IT projects, from planning through deployment.
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the PMO, business units, third‑party vendors, and technology partners.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resource allocation, deliverables, and technical dependencies.
• Facilitate technical discussions, drive decision‑making, and resolve delivery challenges across stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks while proactively managing dependencies and blockers.
• Coordinate transitions between development, testing, release, and production deployment activities.
• Monitor delivery progress, resource utilization, project health, and technical performance, providing regular updates to IT leadership.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, IT project delivery, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
