IT Officer – Manage Infrastructure & Support

About the role

The IT Officer will oversee the organization’s information technology infrastructure, ensuring systems remain secure, functional, and aligned with business needs. This role provides day‑to‑day technical support to users while driving improvements through new technologies and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect data and assets.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users.
• Lead IT projects and introduce new technologies to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices.
