About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of business and digital transformation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, and activities across business and IT teams.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.
- Support requirements gathering, testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on project deliverables and dependencies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- 2‑5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support or project administration.
- Experience in insurance, banking, financial services or fintech is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
