IT Project Management Officer

About the role

Network International is seeking an IT Project Management Officer to support its IT & Acquiring PMO Head in delivering technology projects across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves preparing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet their objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and evaluate project requirements.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and detailed solution designs.
• Control project activities and documentation using a project‑management tool.
• Facilitate information flow among team members and maintain the project calendar and milestones.
• Write and distribute meeting minutes to all participants.
• Manage tasks and simple projects, ensuring integration across areas.
• Engage with stakeholders, provide support, and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and operational issues.
• Prepare project reports, change requests, and maintain risk, issue, and stakeholder logs.
• Communicate status updates to the PM, team members, and relevant parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.
• Project‑management training (CAPM or equivalent); PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
